Getting There
Van Hoy Farms & Campground is located at 738 Jericho Rd, Harmony, NC 28634. It’s just off of I-77, exit 65. Immediately after you exit (heading east on NC 901), Jericho road is the first right after the freeway.
The Check-In entrance is about 7/10 of a mile down Jericho Road.
When You Arrive
RVs Only
Enter at the regular Van Hoy entrance. Someone will give you directions. If no one is there, call Cody Burton at 904-755-5265 for directions to your assigned spot. Remember to go to Check-In (see Check-In hours below) to get your wristband and program.
All Except RV
Go past the Van Hoy entrance and look for the Check-In/Parking signs a little further down the road on your left.
Follow the signs across the field to check-in and have your tickets ready (printed tickets or on your phone). Remain in your car while your tickets are scanned. You’ll also get your wristbands and program here. Then drive into the festival grounds and find a campsite. Unload your gear, set up camp, and return your vehicle to the parking area. Limited shuttles will run from 9AM to Noon, then eight shuttles will run continuously from noon until 9PM. They will take you to the main festival area, or all the way back to your campsite. Just tell your driver where you want to go.
Please be sure to return your car to parking before 5 PM. No vehicles are allowed on the festival grounds, including camping areas (except car camping), after 5PM Thursday.
ADA Camping/Parking
If you’re camping in the ADA camping area, first go to Check-In, then loop around and go back up the road to the Van Hoy entrance. Someone there will guide you to the ADA Camping/Parking area.
If you’re arriving on Wednesday or earlier, there will be no shuttles – you can keep your car at your campsite until Thursday. If you arrive before anyone is at Check-In, be sure to return later to get your wristband and program.
About Wristbands – Please put on your wristband at check-in, and leave it on for the entire festival. If you purchased a day pass, your wristband will be a specific color for that day, and is good only for that day. If you purchased a weekend pass, your wristband is good for Thursday through Sunday. No wristbands are required for Wednesday or earlier.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive after check-in is closed on Wednesday, drive into the campground to set up your tent.
If you arrive after check-in is closed on Thursday or Friday, please do not drive into the campground. If you know in advance that you’ll be arriving after 10PM, consider booking a night in one of the hotels in Statesville or Elkin. Or, you can sleep in your car in the parking area or Day Parking.
In any case, be sure to return the next morning to be checked in and receive your wristband and program.
