LODGING & CAMPING
TENT CAMPING
One tent campsite is included with every ticket. There’s a lot of space in several different areas. Campsites are not marked or numbered. Be sure you arrive early enough to look around, pick your favorite spot, and get set up before dark. Tents and small popup campers are allowed. You can drive to your campsite for setup but vehicles are not allowed after 4:30 pm Thursday and must be moved to the parking area.
If you want “full service” tent camping by a professional, get in touch with Dana at DANA’S OUTDOOR EDVENTURES – she’ll rent you a tent and set it up for you..
CAR CAMPING
Car camping is the same as tent camping, but in this area you may keep your vehicle (car, van, minivan – no RVs) at your campsite. There’s no extra charge. You can set up a tent or small pop-up camper, or sleep in your vehicle. From 4 pm Thursday until 1 pm Sunday, vehicles will need to remain parked at their site. There is no electricity.
FAMILY CAMPING
Are you attending the Goose with children? We invite you to a calmer tent space near Car Camping and the Backyard Patio alongside other families and Children’s Team offerings! This area at the festival is further from the music venues, making it a little quieter at bedtime and is a short walk to morning and evening Family Prayer, Bedtime stories, organized games, and other opportunities for family fellowship.
This area follows the same guidelines as Tent camping.
GLAMPING
Want to camp in a little bit of style without the hassle of bringing your own gear? Why not try Glamping? We’re working with our partner, The PopUp BnB which offers a variety of pre-pitched glamping tents ready for you when you arrive. They offer a number options and sizes—from unfurnished tents to completely outfitted with air conditioning.

RV CAMPING
RV sites must be booked through Wild Goose – not with VanHoy. Check back frequently for RV ticket info and sign up for our emails so you are notified when RV tickets go on sale.
RV CAMPING – with Hook Up
For RVs and Travel Trailers only (no tents). RVs must be parked by 4 pm Thursday and remain parked until 1 pm Sunday. For safety reasons, there will be no exceptions to this other than true emergencies. Additional vehicles will be subject to the regular parking policies and must remain in the designated Parking Area.
RV CAMPING – No Hook Up
For RVs, cars, pop-up campers, vans, and any type of vehicle. Does not include hookups of any kind (electricity, water, waste).
HOTELS/MOTELS
For the first time, we are offering a block of rooms with a reduced rate for those wishing to stay nearby in a hotel – the Hilton Garden Inn in nearby Statesville (about 15 minutes away by car). Their rate includes breakfast for up to 4 people staying in the room.
To learn more or to book a room at the Hilton Garden Inn, click the button below.
In Statesville are additional self-booking options like Sleep Inn, Fairfield Inn & Suites, Days Inn, Holiday Inn Express & Suites, and more.
Near Elkin, options such as Best Western Plus Yadkin Valley Inn & Suites, and more.
We recommend you look at options to reserve early enough to shop for competitive rates.
TIP FROM A LONG-TIME GOOSE ATTENDEE: A campsite comes with your ticket, regardless of whether you use it. When staying off site, it’s handy to have a little tent to put chairs, cooler, etc so as not to have to lug everything from the parking lot each morning. These are not traditional tent camping sites like at a campground – people choose a place where they feel comfortable. There are a lot of options for where you can set up.
Please note: Out of respect for others around you, no generators are allowed in camping areas (including RV and Glamping).
Additional Accommodations
Nearby, there are limited cabin rentals or options for Airbnb, etc.
Arranging an RV rental on your own is an option, but note RV spots sell quickly once on sale through Wild Goose. Make sure to reserve your spot before renting your RV.
