Building Communities of Faith, Justice and Dialogue
How do you create communities of faith for people who are burned out on church, over-churched, or recovering from bad church experiences? How do you create space for wrestling, doubt and discovery in a church setting? How can we engage and learn from people from a variety of religious and spiritual traditions? Bryan and Christine Berghoef have led faith communities that have gathered in yoga studios, bars, beaches and backyards. They’ll share their own journey out of conservative Christianity and discuss the possibilities that exist to grow faith, seek justice, and challenge conventional thinking, while creating spaces for learning, dialogue and community.
