Shaping a New Story for Women in Ministry
Women are entering ministry at higher rates than ever before. Instead of asking whether or not women belong, it’s time to start asking new questions. How do we identify and overcome the unique challenges that women face in ministry today? What are the top 5 skills that every woman needs to succeed in leadership? How can we equip men and congregations to support women as pastoral leaders? These new questions beg for a new story. This session will focus on empowering women (and the men who support them) to create new narratives about what it means to lead with purpose and power.
