Ana Hernandez
Ana Hernandez is a crowd whisperer and sharer of sticky tunes that show up just when you need them the most. She loves collaboration, and reminds us how amazing and capable we are at working together when we remember to listen deeply and respect the contributions of absolutely everyone. She believes there is a leader in every chair. She is a recording artist, author, teaches chanting as a spiritual practice, and delights in using sound to revitalize prayer, build openhearted, engaged and playful communities.

The Art of Hosting Session 1
“The Art of Hosting is an approach to participatory leadership that uses personal practice, inquiry, facilitation and collaboration to address complex challenges. How do we invite and encourage absolutely everyone to participate in the deepening of our communities? Can we see a leader in every chair? How do we listen deeply so everyone is heard? Can we stay curious? How does our creativity increase when we work together? Come to either or both sessions and discover the facilitation methods that lead us into powerful conversations that lead us to wise action, deeper, and healthier communities. Friday @ 12pm: The Four-Fold Practice, Limiting Beliefs, The Work Saturday @ 12pm: More models: The Two Loops, Eight Breaths, Harvesting, and others”
