Typical singles venues and apps don’t work for many of us, especially in a society where strong faith is often assumed to mean conservative views. So how do we find and connect with people of like mind and like heart? This participatory session will be about sharing ideas, tips, obstacles, concerns, and support, with an eye on what guidance is available within our own respective faith traditions. How can we support each other on the journey, as individuals or in our church families and communities, whether we are actively seeking a partner or just looking for ways to feel connected as single people of faith? Perspectives from a range of gender identities and sexual orientations will enrich this conversation for all.
