Leslie Withers was a music major in college and has been playing flute for many years.. She recently took up the Irish penny whistle and enjoys playing Celtic music with others at the Frank Hamilton Folk Music School. She also sings in her church choir where she also plays flute and whistle and is a member of the worship plannning team at her church. , Oakhurst Baptist Church in Decatur, GA, often uses music from Taize in worship services. She will be joined byJim Holmes on guitar and vocals. Leslie and Jim have been leading Taize vesper services at the Wild Goose Festival for many years. We have been joined by many other lovers of Taize music, making our gatherings truly participatory and meaningful experiences.
