STEPHANIE LYNN SHAEFER, Ph.D, L.P.C., Stephanie is a Marriage, Child and Family Therapist with Center for Pastoral Counseling of Virginia, with offices at Virginia Theological Episcopal Seminary, Clarendon Presbyterian Church and Annandale United Methodist Church, in Northern Virginia. She is a Supervisor for Licensed Professional Counselors and Marriage and Family Therapists. Formerly an Adjunct Professor for the Department of Communication and Center for Global Education at GMU. With over 35 years of empowering children, adolescents, couples, families and multiple family groups in mental, emotional, physical, social and spiritual development, she enjoys facilitating hands-on skill training in interfaith dialogue and conflict resolution, and family communication. Current research/writing includes Commonalities Among Faiths, Cultural Methods of Family Problem-Solving, and Childrens' books on moral and spiritual development. This will be her fourth Wild Goose festival.
