Second Breath creates experiences that allow you to pause, reflect, unearth your wisdom within, and move towards all that makes you fully alive. We facilitate this transformation through a framework and teachings grounded in Christian wisdom; a diversity of spiritual practices which helps us open our minds, expand our hearts, and sense the intelligence of our bodies; and a community circle where we practice and experience new ways of being. Together, living out of this aliveness, we cultivate a more loving world.
