Rasheeda J. Hastings is a spiritual director commissioned through the Cranaleith Spiritual Center in Philadelphia. I embrace my call to spiritual direction as a Spiritual Companionship. Inviting interspiritual Divine guidance into all sessions, we may begin with prayer, meditation, or silence. Our time is unscripted, organic, and free from expectations. Most sessions are contemplative and entail evocative conversations which moves persons in ways that touch on places, times, and events where their higher power interacts in their lives. As a companion, I will journey along, holding space and time in a sacred manner that serves to nurture the soul.
