Mallory McDuff teaches environmental education at Warren Wilson College outside Asheville, NC, where she lives on campus with her two daughters in a 900-sq foot rental with a view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. She's the author of five books, including LOVE YOUR MOTHER: 50 states, 50 stories, & 50 women united for climate justice as well as OUR LAST BEST ACT: Planning for the end of our lives to protect the people and places we love. Her essays have been published in the New York Times, Washington Post, WIRED, Sojourners, and more.
