Josh Burton has a diverse background including ministry, nonprofit management, finance, community development, affordable housing, gerontology, and construction. He holds a Master's in Public Administration, a Master's in Construction Management, a Bachelor's in Business Management, and an Associate's in Biblical Ministry. He is currently acting as an evidence-based mental health practitioner intern as he pursues a Master's in Social Work and his licensure as a clinical social worker. He and his awesome partner are raising two daughters. In his free moments, he coaches youth sports, gardens, and enjoys trail running. He experience working with small groups, counseling those with traumatic experiences, and supporting those on their deconstruction journey. He resonates with process theology, radical theology, and open and relational theology. He enjoys dialectics, absurdity, and examining faith from a meaning-making and community building framework.
