Helena- otherwise known as the Ampersand of Reason- is one of the intrepid trio making up A Jew & a Gentile walk into a bar...mitzvah! She has lived interfaith experience, having been raised in a Jewish and Christian household. She also brings to the table both her personal experiences with mental health and addictions as well as professional insight as both an RN and someone with CPE training. Helena is ordained through the Christian Church(Disciples of Christ) in the region of North Carolina. Her passions are learning about people's faith paths, and breaking stigmas surrounding mental health disorders.
