Heather Tate-Boldt, LCSW

Heather is the Executive Director of a non profit counseling center that partners with faith communities to offer accessible mental health services. She is a licensed clinical social worker and a native Floridian. Currently she works part time in a residential facility helping those with chronic mental health and addiction issues. She is active in her local faith community and a mom of three. She has worked as a consultant alongside Pastors and their teams. She is trained in Trauma Informed care and specializes in CBT with solution focused influences. She enjoys integrating faith, relationship with self and God in her work of psychotherapy. She primarily works with couples, families and adolescents. She helps clients gain acceptance of oneself and she assists to increase awareness of a loving God.
