Embodying Peace. Most people want to live more at peace. How do we actually embody peace, practice it with our bodies, minds, and spirits, and carry it into the everyday world? We will use exercises and meditations from Taii and Qigong to build a stable internal sense of peace. Then we experiment with maintaining our peaceful center while interacting with others. This experience uses gentle movement, breath and intention practices to nurture our peaceability, both individually and with a partner.
