Since 1983 David Brazzeal, along with his wife Sanan, have been missionaries with the arts in France, Québec, Guadeloupe, Brazil and the USA. Whether writing blessings, creating labyrinths, composing ambient music or just praying, all has been inspired by that mysterious flux between the spiritual and the creative. In 2015 David published PRAY LIKE A GOURMET: Creative Ways to Feed Your Soul with Paraclete Press. It chronicles his decades-long adventure into experiencing prayer as a parade of delicious courses in a gourmet meal...creative, fun but also more profound.
