Sharon Quackenbush

Sharon Quackenbush, MA, RMHCI, lives in sunny Central Florida and works in mental health counseling. As a former youth pastor and middle school teacher, Sharon has over a decade of experience working at the intersections of ministry, mental health, education, and adolescent development. Sharon is especially passionate about supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community, reducing trauma that religious organizations can inadvertently and intentionally inflict, and helping individuals overcome and understand religion-based trauma. Through therapy and interactions in all circles, Sharon works to establish safe, brave, and empowering spaces to help individuals heal, discover themselves, build connection, work toward justice, and find peace.
