Myra Jane Ramseur

Myra Jane graduated from Baylor University with a BS in Nursing and studied to become a Nurse Practitioner at Emory University. She had a forty year career working in many settings including: Hospitals, Outpatient clinics, Home Health, Community Health Education, University Student Health, and County Jails. In 1998 she began the study of Acupuncture at Jung Tao School of Classical Chinese Medicine and became a Licensed Acupuncturist in 2005. She has developed a specific interest in Auriculotherapy, and has found that using a group setting is especially conducive to working with folks with addictions. She uses the NADA protocol with five small needles in each ear to help people become more centered and able to cope. Myra Jane has found that Acupuncture has far fewer side effects compared with Western Medicine pharmaceuticals. She uses Auriculotherapy Acupuncture to treat the whole person including mentally and spiritually as well as physically.
