She began to study yoga and to develop her personal practice when she retired in 2013 after a career as an Information Technology Officer with the Federal Government. She teaches traditional Hatha Yoga combining stillness (meditation), movement (asana), and awareness of the breath (pranayama) to help students release and relax and unite mind, body, and spirit.
