With a pure voice, daniel couper sings about the impurities of life -- the mess of swirling greys held in tension between extremes of certainty. His musical style is eclectic, bringing together influences from jazz, folk, classical, blues, pop, and a childhood full of church singing. He lives, writes, and teaches high school humanities in the mountains of East Tennessee.
