The church is holding on to clericalism for the express purpose of capitalism and survival, and most pastors are in positions where they can’t admit the biggest thing keeping people from accessing the Divine is them. It’s time we all become pastors, prophets, seers, healers, diviners and sages. What does it mean for the church to be a place where community is developed, and people’s relationship with the divine is incubated and not maimed.
