This afternoon gathering will weave together music of the mountains on fiddle & banjo, spiritual singing, interactive story, meditative practice, & group-reflection on a sacred text with discussion—Appalachian style. Experience the oral culture of the Blue Ridge Mountains as an expression of faith, Spirit, and social change. The format will follow our weekly worship gathering—“Wild Goose Uprising.” Tap your feet to live music on fiddle, banjo and guitar, and there could be some flat foot dancing.
