Taizé Together combines Taizé leaders from Taizé Baltimore and the Oakhurst Taize Ensemble from Decatur GA. Taize Baltimore is great group of Christians who LOVE Taize and want to bring that spirituality of trust, prayer and reconciliation to Baltimore and beyond. Lisa O'Reilly plays guitar and leads singing. Her passion for Taize comes from visiting the Community in France for the first time at the age of 16. The Oakhurst Taize Ensemble is made up of Jim Holmes, guitar and vocals and Leslie Withers, flute. They are members of the Sanctuary Choir of Oakhurst Baptist Church, which frequently incorporates Taize music in worship services. They are also active in planning worship services and providing occasional solos. The two groups have brought Taize worship to the Wild Goose for several years and have found a welcoming choir of participants each year. Last year they joined as Taize Together for the first time, enriching the Taize experience for all who participated.
