Rev. Dr. Alexia Salvatierra

Rev. Dr. Alexia Salvatierra currently serves as the Academic Dean of Centro Latino and an Assistant Professor of Integral Mission and Global Transformation at Fuller Theological Seminary as well as the Coordinator of the Diplomado en la Respuesta de la Iglesia a la Crisis Migratoria. She is an ordained Luther-costal pastor and has 40 years of experience in the art and discipline of social transformation; she has been a co-founder of four national movements engaging faith communities in immigrant justice. She is the co-author of Faith-Rooted Organizing: Mobilizing the Church in Service to the World. She and co-author Brandon Wrencher's new book on the Base Christian Community Movement and the Hush Harbors will be coming out in 2022. On the side, she loves to dance.
