Pablo del Real is Director of Education for The Way Mindfulness Education. The Way brings mindfulness practices to schools, businesses, nonprofit organizations, elder communities, and individuals. Pablo has been practicing meditation since 2005 and is a member of the International Mindfulness Teachers Association. In 2009, Pablo received the Five Mindfulness Trainings from Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. Pablo holds a Master of Arts degree in Teaching from the University of San Diego. Pablo is Director of Mindfulness Programs for Soil and Soul, a nonprofit organization that revitalizes people and green-spaces. Pablo is a cofounder of the Interfaith Café (a Cooperation Circle member of United Religions Initiative) based in Delray Beach. The Interfaith Café encourages interfaith dialogue, awareness, and understanding by uniting people of different faiths in conversation. Pablo's poetry has appeared in Quiddity, California Quarterly, and Meridian Anthology of Poetry. His nonfiction writing has appeared in Rebooting America, Waging Nonviolence, Sun-Sentinel, Portada Florida, and other publications. Pablo is married to Aurora Garcia Ramos, and they have two adult children.
