David W. Key, Sr.

David serves on the faculty at the Carl Vinson Institute of Government at the University of Georgia, where he teaches leadership and organizational development to the state and government officials throughout Georgia. David also serves as the founding pastor of the multidenominational Lake Oconee Community Church in Greensboro, Georgia. For seventeen years, David was the Director of Baptist Studies at the Candler School of Theology at Emory University. He became a national voice with issues affecting the wide spectrum of Baptist life and taught leadership, theology, church history, and contextual education to future ministers. He serves on the national board of advisors for the Tyler Clementi Foundation.
