Nichole Myles

Nichole Myles is an active member of the Two Rivers UMC Community, nonprofit executive, domestic violence survivor, and solo parent. She is currently Executive Director of the Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry in downtown Charleston and has her own speaking/consulting LLC, Nichola Group. Nichole came to Christianity as a middle-schooler and found her first place in the church through music and education, singing in choirs, leading VBS programs and bell choirs, and arranging special music. She was later asked to leave her church when she separated from her marriage and went on an 11-year hiatus from organized religion before returning to it through Two Rivers, 3 years ago. Nichole is a leadership team member for Two Rivers Church, a proud mama bear, toastmaster, advisory board member for the Lowcountry STEM Collaborative, and a member of Charleston County First Steps board. She regularly provides professional development on STEAM education and informal education and speaks on a variety of topics including surviving domestic violence. Nichole was an inaugural speaker at TEDx Women’s White Point Gardens in Charleston, SC. Myles lives in Mt. Pleasant, SC and has three children – 2 daughters ages 24 and 21 and an 12-year-old son.
