Cat is a writer, mother, wife, Presbyterian youth worker, and retreat creator who kicked off 2020 by quitting a ten-year corporate career to discern and pursue her next path. In her business Opt Inward, she works with folks seeking sacred space for meaningful pause in their busy lives. Her work sits at the crossroads of contemplative practice, intentional ritual, embodiment and creativity. In her free time, Cat enjoys all things crafting, board games, movies and cooking, and she lives north of Asheville, N.C. with her husband and son.
