My spiritual path includes many diverse sources, principally following the teachings of Jesus of Nazareth, Buddha, Lao-Tsu. Zen practitioner for over 40 years. Extensive writings on spiritual topics: 14 books, 2 blog sites, and various reference materials. Serves as guest speaker / session leader, leads spiritual and personal growth workshops and retreat sessions, and is a meditation teacher. Provides spiritual direction and companioning.
